Having a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing, Simon has over twenty years experience of both the private and social rented housing market, within the Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Tamworth and Lichfield areas as well as on a national basis. Simon undertakes market evaluations providing professional advice to landlords across a wide spectrum of areas including realistic rental valuations, Income tax liability, ongoing investment opportunities as well as guidance on how to build a succesful investment portfolio. Juliet Bacon Juliet is responsible for the day to day management of the office Juliet ensures that all tenancies and deposits comply with the latest government legislation, as well as ensuring that all prospective tenants are appropriately referenced. Steve Bott Steve is responsible for the management of the responsive maintenance service Steve is also able to provide advice and guidance on planned and cyclical maintenance issues to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. Debbie Etheridge Debbie has responsibility for the the management of post tenancy issues as well as tenancy renewals. Debbie provides advice and support to tenants around all tenancy related issues

With extensive experience of maintenance issues in the private rented market, Steve ensures that maintenance issues are dealt with in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner, having excellent relationships with a wide range of local contractors.
Having considerable experience of tenancy management gained within the Sutton Coldfield area, Debbie ensures that all statutory compliance testing is undertaken, produces detailed property inventories, liaises with utility companies, arranges viewings on available properties as well as dealing with all tenancy renewals across our Managed and Let Only portfolio.
