Once you have found your ideal property, and want to proceed you need to do two things.
1. Pay the Booking Fee
There is a one off booking fee payable. You can pay this online by clicking the "pay online" button below, or by cash or cheque at our offices in Sutton Coldfield.
Once we receive your booking fee we will take the property off the market and start the process of obtaining references and completing the necessary tenancy agreements.
Fees
Online - a single one off payment of £194.50 (incl. VAT) for 2 adults
(includes a Paypal transaction fee of £6.50).
In person - a single one off payment of £188.00 (incl. VAT) for 2 adults.
We only accept cash or cheque at the office.
NOTE: If there are more than 2 adults applying, you will need to pay in person at the office. Each additional adult over the age of 18 will need to pay an extra £28.75 (incl. VAT).
